On September 19th, in Los Angeles the Lumineers van was broken into and instruments were stolen. Way bummer! However you can totally pledge and donate to help the band get their van fixed and new instruments!
We had the chance to see the Lumineers in Spokane and loved their set! They are a great band and that sucks that this happened to them!

As you probably heard R.E.M. has called it quits!
This comment was posted on the bands website: “To our Fans and Friends: As R.E.M., and as lifelong friends and co-conspirators, we have decided to call it a day as a band. We walk away with a great sense of gratitude, of finality, and of astonishment at all we have accomplished. To anyone who ever felt touched by our music, our deepest thanks for listening.” R.E.M.
We feel our friends posts on Facebook summed up R.E.M. as of lately pretty well.

So, R.E.M. is calling it quits. In my opinion, they called it quits a long time ago.

If you haven’t heard, R.E.M is breaking up. The most common response I have heard the over the news “Fuck those clowns! They have owed me a damn rock album for 12 years!”. So true..
We also found this a little odd that as of today at 7:42pm 6,901 people “liked” the R.E.M. facebook post about breaking up. Huh.
