Packs a World Beat Punch.

Songs we can’t take off repeat; “Odd Blood,” “Madder Red,” and “Love Me Girl.”
I know I am a little late reviewing this album, halfway through the year already. However it is one of the best I have heard this year. Some of the songs brought me back to great 80’s pop music, some are just great new songs that might replace Animal Collective on my summer playlist; but it’s not an Animal Collective rip off by any means. This album is creative, quirky, and like nothing I have heard before. Odd Blood left me scratching my head as to why the fuck I haven’t listened to Yeasayer earlier. Let this album take your mind through electronic rainbows and perfectly smooth high pitched vocals. It’s a musical journey. Kids just want to dance and this is why, Odd Blood.
